Which Title Would You Pick?

Sometimes it’s easier to write an entire book than it is to give the book a title. Or write a synopsis of the book. Why is that?

Because in my novel I can tell my story from many angles and points of view, but a title needs to encapsulate it all in a word or a few words.

So I’m asking for your help, please. I’ve narrowed my brainstorming down to the titles below, and now it’s time to decide on one of them. So how can you help? In three easy steps.

  1. Download a free copy of my Prequel to The Cavanaugh House here. You can choose the copy as a PDF or ereader file.
  2. Read the Prequel. It’s only 7 pages long. Please read that before you vote so you get a sense of the story.
  3. Come back to this page and vote on your favorite title.

The subtitle will be: The Prequel to The Cavanaugh House.

Only you, my blog and newsletter followers, have this link and I ask you to use it only for yourself for now. Eventually, I will make the link available to the public.

This will be a permafree prequel to The Cavanaugh House, so I’ve included the opening scene with a link to readers who haven’t read it yet and want to buy it.

Thanks for taking time to read my prequel and vote on the titles listed. Feel free to share your thoughts or even suggest another title in the comments.

Again, here is the link to my prequel. Remember to come back and vote and share your thoughts.

June 2 I just finished reading all three books from the Finger Lakes series. Totally enjoyed all three. Sorry to say I missed your offer to read the prequel. Let me know if it is published.
